We’re delighted to announce that Get Real Change is sponsoring the Facilitating Differently category in this year’s Change Ninja Book Awards.

These awards do things differently. Every book is nominated by a reader who has actually read it. There are no self-nominations, no entry fees and no big publishing machines, which makes this a good place to find the hidden gems.

Facilitating Differently is close to our heart. Great facilitation isn’t a room full of Post-its. It creates the space for real thinking, real alignment and real conversations, and those conversations are what lead to change that lasts. A good workshop is like a good seed: what matters is what grows once everyone has gone home.

That’s why we’re looking for books that help people facilitate with more courage, creativity and care, and that leave teams able to carry the conversation on themselves.
