We are excited to announce that Steve Sewell, one of the co-founders of Get Real Change, will be speaking at the upcoming East Midlands Neonatal Newtwork event on Wednesday, 11 June 2025. The event, titled "Driving Change: The Road to Improving Quality", will take place in Kegworth.

Steve Sewell, a seasoned expert in change management, will be sharing his insights on the Leadership of Change. His session will highlight strategies to empower leaders and teams within neonatal care to unlock their potential and drive meaningful, sustainable change.

The conference is free of charge and is open to all members of the multidisciplinary neonatal team, including medical staff, nursing staff, allied health professionals (AHPs), psychologists, and pharmacists working within the East Midlands.
