Volunteers are incredible, they have the energy, passion and commitment to selflessly drive forward positive changes for others. We are rely on them to a greater or lesser extent.

Next week we're helping Volunteer Managers from across the UK, members of the AVM (Association of Volunteer Managers), to understand the tools and techniques that can help them be successful. Jo and I will be online on Wednesday morning with around 50 managers, discussing and exploring how people experience the journey of change and how they can bring others on their change journey.
