Today we've been working with Midwives attending Liverpool John Moores University to widen and deepen their knowledge about Change Management.

Fabulous day with the future leaders of maternity service to explore Lewin, Kotter, Quality Improvement and ADKAR change models. We were really impressed and enjoyed the discussion, and if this session is anything to go be, these midwives will be driving lots of positive changes on their units very soon.
