An experienced business change consultant, passionate about people being at the heart of change within organisations.
Joanna has many years’ experience working in private, public and non-profit sectors in culturally diverse organisations, overseeing and supporting change programmes and projects ranging from multi-million pound global implementations to smaller local initiatives. Her key strength lies in change and stakeholder management, building support and engagement at all levels, to ensure culture and people are always at the heart of any change. She ensures the impact of change on people, processes and systems is fully understood and the transition to new ways of working is managed effectively, supported by appropriate change management activities, to achieve successful implementation and sustainable benefits.
She uses a "mentoring/coaching style" approach when working with organisations. This helps them to achieve results whilst enabling their people to learn through their experience, to equip them with the tools and techniques they need to address future changes and challenges.
Her diverse experience covers: law enforcement, central/local government, financial services, higher education, London 2012, charities, healthcare, customer relationship management, transport, utilities, finance, manufacturing. This enables her to adapt to work in different sectors and situations, with teams and individuals. Her work includes: Financial Conduct Authority, Metropolitan Police Service, Home Office, Transport for London, British Council, Queen Mary University of London, Wellcome Trust, LOCOG, Central London Community Healthcare, Camden Borough Council, Westminster City Council, London Borough of Havering, Alstom Power.
Joanna is a qualified Change Management and Agile PM Practitioner, management accountant (ACMA) and life coach with project and risk management skills and experience. She is a member of the Change Management Institute and Association of Project Management. Joanna also has a voluntary role as Editor of the local Parish Magazine, published monthly it has a circulation of over 500 subscribers.
In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, snorkelling, reading, cooking and as an amateur gardener has been working to transform her garden into a wildlife haven.
