Laura is an experienced change and organisation development consultant and coach. Over the last 12 years she has initiated and delivered change of various scales within complex environments. Her work reaches from strategy engagement, people centred change, leadership and change capability development. She focuses on empowerment, helping leaders, teams and groups use their experiences and strengths to unlock their passion and full potential.
She has directed multi-organisation Transformation Programmes delivering significant change. She has achieved a wide range of outcomes from improved experience, performance and financial position to increased engagement, resilience and wellbeing. Her approach is highly engaging, bringing people from across the organisation together in conversation to co-create change, ensuring both legacy and increased capabilities. Her work in the public sector includes East of England Ambulance Service, East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust, St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Stockport Together Health and Social Care System and Salford Royal Foundation Trust.
Laura holds a deep understanding of human development with a particular interest in flourishing; developing greater authenticity, empowerment, building resilience and reaching our full potential. She is a skilled coach, well versed in applied behavioural science and facilitating people to think differently and out of traditional silos. She has a vast change toolkit, qualified in a range of strength based psychometric tools, change methodologies and agile approaches. She holds an MSc in Health & Public Leadership, the ILM L7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, and the Agility in the Enterprise & Coaching Agile Transitions Certifications (ICP-ENT and ICP-CAT). She is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Chartered Institute of People Development (CIPD) and the European Organisational Development Network (ODN), undertaking regular CPD activities throughout the year.
She is based in London and is happiest with a blend of yoga, fresh air, sunshine, wine, food, laughter and dancing (although she’s never tried them all at once).
