Steve Sewell

Co-Founder & Change Consultant

A programme and change leader, with many years of experience. He has successfully delivered significant transformation in high profile and challenging service environments. These include situations involving multiple organisations across sectors, politics within and across organisations, many varied perspectives and complex dynamics.

Through a people-centred approach, he has achieved a wide range of outcomes from improving services for customers/patients/clients, lifting regulator warnings, performance improvements, culture shifts, improved change capabilities and financial improvements. These have been achieved in many challenging environments, including; St. George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust, three different high profile Health and Social Care systems, NHS Cwm Taf Morgannwg Health Board, Macmillan Cancer Support, South London Mental Health and Community Partnership, and many more.

Steve holds two Masters degrees (Cranfield and Open University) and a wide range of certifications for tools, methods and approaches in change and programme management. He is a Strengthscope Master and a member of the Change Management Institute.

During the academic year, he lectures on the University of Cumbria's Project Academy Masters in Project Leadership. Covering a range of subjects from Stakeholder Engagement, Benefits, Professionalism and Change Management.

Outside work he has many interests with sport featuring strongly among his free time activities, often combining this with his main passion, photography. Most weekends you’ll find him walking the family dogs and supporting his local football club.
